    • Buttons Buttons

      Fused Glass buttons are made by me to complement my hand dyed yarns. Using fusable glass, I add dichroic glass (glitzy, shiny, oh-so-lovely) and bits of color for a truly unique button. Sew them to your hand knit garment for that pizzazz you were looking for! Or take that plain old sweater and replace the buttons for a whole new look.

    • Fiber Fiber

      I carry many types of roving for your felting or spinning needs.
      1. The sheep at Dancing Leaf Farm provide fleece that has a long staple, luxurious hand and is a delight to spin. The sheep are sheared in October, then the wool is gently washed and carded. I have Coopworth/Romney crosses, Cotswold and Border Leicester. All my colorways are available in all the rovings.
      2. A very soft merino roving (54′s), perfect for felting.
      3. An ultra soft merino roving (86′s) that is just dreamy to spin.
      4. NEW!!! Blue Face Leicester (BFL). This long stapled fiber is absolutely perfect…long and lustrous. You won’t belive the sheen in this wool! (listed under the wool roving in a drop down menu).
      5. Mohair roving. Lustrous mohair, so shiny and lustrous.

      • Fairy Batts Fairy Batts

        These are just so delicious! Ethereal, wispy, wonderful batts of fluff that you’ll just want to hug! Hand carded with hand dyed fibers; wool, and various fibers that may include silk, mohair, tencel, glitz, angelina, soy, milk, corn, and bamboo. Great for spinning or to add that pizzazz to your felting projects. Come wrapped with a fancy ribbon in 2 oz. bundles. Enjoy!

      • Mohair Roving Mohair Roving

        Hand dyed in the entire range of colorways, this kid mohair is soft, luxurious, shiny and oh so lovely. Spins like a dream or use it for embellishments.

      • Wool Roving Wool Roving

        I hand dye fine merino roving in the entire line of colorways, using washfast acid dyes. My sheep also provide lovely wool that I have cleaned and carded at a mill, then is sent back as fluffy roving, easy to spin. It is available in grey, white (really a nice cream color) and ‘frosted’, both grey and white stranded together.

    • Jewelry Jewelry

      All Dancing Leaf Farm jewelry is made by Dalis, using glass, polymer, felt, resin, lucite, pewter, lampwork and silver beads. The felt beads are made with owr own sheep’s wool, usually embellished with seed beads.

      • Bracelets Bracelets

        Dalis creates her bracelets with glass (lampwork, cane, blown), lucite, felt, silver, brass,and copper beads. Assembled in an assymetrical pattern, they are fun to wear and much appreciated as gifts.

      • Brooches/Pins Brooches/Pins

        Dancing Leaf Farm brooches are made in the upstairs loft space, the ‘working studio’ (ie: messy). There is a small glass making area, where sheets of glass are cut, layered with dichroic (bright! shiny!) glass or a unique design. Then they are fired at nearly 2000 degrees and slowly cooled to form nice rounded edges. Perfect for your hand knit scarf or cardigan. Wear with flair!

        Earrings are made by Dalis in her upstairs loft studio, using glass, polymer, felt, resin, lucite, pewter, and silver beads.

      • Necklaces Necklaces

        All Dancing Leaf Farm jewelry is made by Dalis, using glass, polymer, felt, resin, lucite, pewter, and silver beads. The felt beads are made with owr own sheep’s wool, usually embellished with seed beads. Necklaces are asymmetrical, using various types of chains, adding an artsy flair.

    • Kits Kits

      Dancing Leaf Farm kits are creative and fun. They include Dalis’ hand dyed fiber and pattern (knitting needles are not included). These make a great gift for your knitting friends. Kits are happily wrapped in tissue and a white bag.

    • Patterns Patterns

      Dancing Leaf Farm has its own line of knitting patterns. I like to use simple patterns and let the yarn do the work. These patterns are geared for the beginner to the intermediate knitter. Patterns are available as a download or if you buy a kit, they are included in the kit.

      COLORWAYS

      Artisan yarns are all hand painted by me, Dalis, at Dancing Leaf Farm. I get inspiration for my COLORWAYS from my rural surroundings and from travels afar.
      My variegated yarns and sorta solids coordinate with one another to give you plenty of options.
      Because hand painted yarn COLORS may differ with each dyeing session, please order enough for each project.

    I’m only offering one size of needles at the moment as these are a bit difficult to locate. Size 35′s circular, 40″. These are used for the ‘Happiness’ shawl.
